Sterke punten: Floris is een enthousiaste en deskundige makelaar. Wij hadden al eerder van zijn diensten gebruik gemaakt, toen we ons vorige huis verkochten. Hij was toen ook onze aankoopmakelaar. In het laatste traject heeft hij ons ook weer goed en deskundig geholpen. Ook qua presentatie en foto reportage heeft hij goede ideeën ingebracht. een aanrader dus !!.

Sterke punten: Deze makelaar is zeker aan te raden. Deskundig, behulpzaam, en geen praatjes. Zowel voor koop, huur en verhuur ingeschakeld en bevalt altijd goed..

Sterke punten: Overall, I am very happy with Jeroen's support in selling my house. He was knowledgeable about the market and gave good guidance on pricing the house plus he listened to my wishes. In the end, his strategy got a top bid and resulting sale, so I'm super satisfied and would recommend his services again. The key tip I would give is to maybe do more "hand-holding" for the expat market (or first time sellers) as the process is quite different than, for instance, the U.S. where staging and other steps are an important part of selling. I would have liked a bit more guidance with that part as well as understanding better the actual process of posting a house on Funda, it's not as straight-forward as pushing a button, there are some steps involved, which I didn't know..
