I had the worst experience with this agency. Bad communication, took forever to give me my deposit back. AVOID

We zullen nu toch maar reageren op jullie zogenaamde slechte review. Na onze inspanningen hebben jullie uiteindelijk je borg (waar je recht op hebt) terug ontvangen van de verhuurder. We begrijpen dat dit een hele vervelende situatie is geweest en hebben er dan ook alles aan gedaan om dit met de verhuurder opgelost te krijgen. Dat jullie echter per app aan het dreigen zijn om meerdere slechte reviews te zullen plaatsen vinden wij niet eerlijk temeer omdat we helaas geen kosten aan jullie in rekening hebben gebracht nadat de woning in vieze staat is achtergelaten en te laat is opgeleverd. Evengoed wensen wij jullie het allerbeste in de nieuwe woning.

The worst experience ever!!
From the beginning to the end of our contract, we were not assisted at all. We had to call them an unacceptable number of times to get our problem solved in the apartment... After more then a month after the termination of our contract we are still waiting for our deposit back. No one is answering to us after an infinite amount of calls and emails. They really don't care!

The worst agency! I even have nightmares about them! Always late, super unprofessional, we are waiting for the deposit for 2 months which is completely a contract violation and they do not pick up the phone. Stay away if you do not want to lose your nerves, sleep, and money. Definitely not recommended.

Rented a great Apartment at Overtoom through them. Everything went smooth from the contract till when I required any support while I was hosted in their apartment.
