Worked with Jessica from Amstel Makelaardij to sell our apartment in Watergraafsmeer. She was very responsive to our needs and knowledgeable about the market. Because of the current market situation we were tempted to ask for a lower price but she was able to convince us to keep the apartment at the old market value. We ended up getting more than the asking price with several bids. Jessica is fast driven and easy to work with.
