Sterke punten: Excellent job! Danny and Elisa helped as us very well. You don't need to worry if someone of them is out of office as the rest of the team of AVT is backing up. Helped in proper listing, price negotiations, understanding the market. I can especially compare with not a really good experience with our previous makler who couldn't sell very liquid apartment. AVT team is really the ones you can trust. I literally left my keys to them and was away for couple of months. They did all the work in a v very short time..
