Volledig ontzorgt door de makelaar en dat is fijn als je zo ver weg woont als wij. De marktprijs was goed, de begeleiding uitstekend en die begeleiding was ook voor de koopster echt heel erg prettig. Woningen verkopen zoals het hoort, empatisch, niet alleen maar bezig zijn met geld maar ook gewoon goed en menselijk zijn in wat je doet.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de gang van zaken bij AVT makelaars. Zij hebben er voor gezorgd dat alles vlot verliep. Bij elke informatie waar ik naar vroeg werd direct en duidelijk geantwoord dan wel gehandeld.

We had an amazing experience. We were introduced to them because they were managing a property in our community, but it seemed a bit too small for us. It was also our first viewing, so we didnât really know what to expect.
Rogier was incredibly helpful and kind, answering all our many questions with patience. When he called to tell us we didnât get that property, he didnât hesitate to suggest another one that might fit our needs better.
Seven weeks later, we are now in our dream home! The whole process was very smooth. They allowed us to view the property several times and were very flexible with scheduling.
I highly recommend them!
