De verkoop verliep vlekkeloos en alles werd voor ons geregeld. Wij werden erg blij van de transparante communicatie waarin wij volledig werden meegenomen tijdens de verkoop. Ook de constructieve gesprekken m.b.t. de verkoop hebben wij als zeer fijn ervaren. De open houding van makelaar Stefan gaf ons gelijk een goed gevoel. Wat ons betreft bij uitstek het makelaarskantoor van Diemen en omstreken!

We had a viewing today for Kuifvlinder 13 te Diemen with Stefan Bijlsma from avt makelaars.

Due to heavy snow, roads were terrible and a car got stuck on our way, we had to wait till the road got cleared.

So we were 4 mins late to the appointment. Stefan immediately asked us to go and see upstairs first so he can take the new visitors in while we are upstairs.

Guess what next visitors are also late! Such a bad luck for him.

When we were back in the first floor I criticized the fact that appointments were planned without any buffer between as it's not really safe during covid-19 and specially today with the heavy snow all over the country.

But he got offended and became even more rude. Did not explain anything about the house. Kept blaimng us since it was all our fault to be late which is unbelievable in this beautiful weather..

So thanks to Stefan, we are not gonna make an offer despite the fact we liked the house.

We plan all the viewings exclusive for a guest, also for you. Time slots are different depending on the size of the house. The viewing of this morning was planned last week, when the weather conditions were unknown for today. We understand due to weather conditions there can be a delay. We hope you can understand that, because we plan all the viewings exclusive, times slots are very important. We can not have several viewers in the house at the same time. We want to apologize and never intended to rush you true the house. We will call you and will invite you to do a extra viewing of the house.
