We had a great experience with Barnsteen! As a Dutch/American family navigating the housing market in Haarlem, having a trustworthy, knowledgeable partner with a solid reputation amongst other Makelaars was key to buying a home. We worked primarily with Tim and Bianca. Both were friendly, pragmatic, and offered sound guidance about each home we saw and what to expect in the bidding process. In addition, working with Barnsteen gave us access to Copaan. Copaan is a tool that lets you see houses that match your preferences a full day before they appear on Funda.
It’s a competitive market out there and we are thankful to have had the Barnsteen team help us each step of the way!

Zeer tevreden met onze makelaar, zowel voor onze aankoop en ook onze verkoop. Meestal is het in de vakantietijd wat moeizamer maar ging bij ons heel vlot
