Sterke punten: We hadden een gezamenlijke app en dat werkte prima. ik kon alles kwijt en zij communiceerden ook via deze app (of telefonisch). Ik heb nooit lang op een antwoord moeten wachten. Ik kan ze zeker aanraden!!.

Sterke punten: I contacted DAAN Makelaardij when I already found a few apartments in Almere Poort that I wanted to see. They helped me with everything from there, starting with the arrangement of the viewings. They came with me to see them all and helped to finalise the purchase. I'm very happy with their services overall, but there are a few points I want to highlight: 1. We communicated mostly through WhatsApp and they were always so responsive and happy to help. 2. They helped me to navigate the purchase process, as I'm not Dutch. Thet patiently explained everything that was not obvious to me. 3. They actually recommended to not proceed with a few apartments I initially liked, pointed out the problems I didn't notice. That would have been a very costly mistake. 4. They made sure that everything went smoothly after I decided to put an offer on one of the apartments. That was a very easy process, they took care of everything..

Sterke punten: Wij waarderen erg de persoonlijke aanpak en enthousiasme van Daniëlle. Ze doet samen met haar team haar uiterste best het beste verkoopresultaat te behalen..

Sterke punten: Wij zijn door Danielle en Charlotte goed begeleid met het verkoop van onze woning. Wij zaten op het randje dat de markt is gaan kantelen en hebben ons huis alsnog goed verkocht. Vragen werden beantwoord, advies werd en gegeven en een persoonlijke sfeer! Mocht ik ooit weer gaan verkopen dan wil ik ze weer! Ook al woon ik niet meer in Almere.
