Sterke punten: Since Expat from Italy over Netherland I have decided to get support of Welocate service in order to made offer and conduct all process from purchase agreement till the notary act. I have been quite lucky in get Caren Visser from Goedhart Makelaars that support me in a grateful way all along the process. She suggest me what to do and what to check in the property inspection and preparation of purchase agreement being always available by phone or email for quick and precise answers to my questions. Over the future if I have to sell and/or buy another property over Netherland I will for sure contact she again..
