The worst agency in the Netherlands. They lie to your face. Nothing they tell you when you apply is true. You are never paid on the date set in the contract. They always find excuses for delaying payment. If you want to work in the Netherlands I advise you to go to any other agency. I have worked with different agencies over the past five years and have never had any problems. However, with Haldu I had to call the office every week to get paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY!!

You brought up the fact that I was invited to the company headquarters and I didn't want to come. Thursday, April 10, I went to the company headquarters, I brought up again that the salary payment was late, the answer: the company I was assigned to work for (Ekris Woerden) did not authorize my hours. After less than 30 minutes, a lady came and said that my hours were approved but they cannot pay me my salary because the payments have been made and for this reason they cannot pay twice on the same day and for this reason I will be paid on Friday, April 11. Another lie. Why couldn't I have been told since Thursday that you cannot pay me? As long as I am staying in a room given to me by you and paid for by me in advance. You wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible from the office, for this reason you told me that the salary payment will be made on April 11. This is the room I received from the Haldu company, and I'm glad I took pictures and filmed it when I took it over. With dirty things left by those who worked there before.

We regret that you’ve experienced things this way, but we would like to clarify a few important points. Haldu Groep has been active since 1999 and has built an excellent reputation in both the Dutch and international labour markets. We are fully certified—including in the area of housing—and we comply with all applicable standards. These are regularly monitored by the relevant authorities. One of our core values is to pay our workers on time, every single week. If a technical or administrative error occurs, we always ensure the correction is handled promptly and properly. Regarding the housing: your contract had already ended, yet we still offered you accommodation out of goodwill. The fact that you are taking pictures of the accommodation we provided to you after the end of your contract is, in our view, not relevant. We always ensure that our housing is delivered clean and in good condition when new workers arrive. We even invited you to our head office to discuss everything in person, as we would have preferred to continue our collaboration.
