A terrible terrible company. As a employee you need to pay your insurance, rent a car from them or use your own, pay for the fuel , and in the end they always cheat. You need to share a room, and usually there are 8 - 10 workers in a house, one toilet and one kitchen. Always trouble in the houses due to heavy drinking which is tolerated. Seriously good workers have no trouble finding work at a good company, avoid haldu!

According to our system, you worked for our company from 26-05-2021 to 11-02-2022. We have further investigated all the points you mentioned and would like to clarify the following:
- You indicate that you must pay for health insurance yourself. This is correct, everyone working in the Netherlands must pay this themselves.
- When renting a car or using your own car you get a mileage allowance when you hand in a mileage declaration.
- Our accommodations are SNF certified. This means that each employee has a minimum of 10 m2 per person at their disposal. Also, we have never had 8 to 10 people in 1 housing and you have never had to share a room.
- If there are any problems in our housing regarding other guests, this will be reported and solved at all times. We have a zero-tolerance policy in which the use of alcohol and drugs is not allowed.
Yet we find it strange that this review is only placed after 2 years of service. Should there be any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via info@haldugroep.nl.
