Sterke punten: Onze makelaar was Franc van Beeck. Hij was vanaf het eerste contact heel duidelijk over hoe we het gingen aanpakken. Komt afspraken na en is vriendelijk en kundig. Hield ons prima op de hoogte van de gang van zaken. Ook het ondersteunend personeel was altijd vriendelijk en stond voor ons klaar. Wij zijn zeer tevreden, de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is ook prima! Nogmaals bedankt Franc!.

Sterke punten: They are prompt in their service and response and cater to the needs of the buyer and provide a human touch. Their document and work is easy to process and transparency was maintained related to the bids, documents, sellers, etc. They are also flexible and adaptive to the needs and dynamic nature of the selling process. The analysis and outcome desired in terms of asking price, number of bidding and attracting buyers was not predicted accurately. Unclear communication regarding energy label to be done and not in alignment with the vendors providing services. Expected a better price but couldn’t wait due to my own circumstances. The advice would be to make the selling process easier for the seller with the services to be provided and also look towards having a better rate for the seller and more inclined towards them as their broker..
