Są problemy z wypłatami, koloryzują z dostępnymi stanowiskami byleby ściągnąć pracownika do NL, następnie wrzucają Ci3bi3 do firmy, gdzie nikt nie chc3 pracować, gdzie tabor firmy jest zużyty, popsuty, bez wielkich szans na naprawy. Rozmawiałem z nimi o pracy 45-55h tygodniowo, a dostałem 20-30h. Agencja nie widziała w tym problemu, tak jak problemem nie był fakt nierozliczenia moich godzin pracy przez firmę transportową. Mieszkanie dramat, brud, syf. Jak zobaczysz kibel ze zdjęcia - uciekaj jak najszybci3j.

Good afternoon, I have never been so dissatisfied working for an agency. This agency only cares about its own interests and tries to avoid responsibility as much as possible... I worked for them for 3 months in a position that nobody wanted. When I spoke to the agency about the situation, they said there were no other vacancies, and I knew that new people were applying for other positions at the same agency. Besides not paying me for all the hours worked, they didn't pay me for the last week and a half (8 days), claiming that the company didn't want to pay... After 3 months, they paid me € 40 (to humiliate me), which doesn't even cover the cost of the car's fuel. I worked as a truck driver. I do not recommend working here. Other colleagues of mine went through the same situation. Don't think you are special. At first, they present a good image... but if you still want to work with this agency, I don't recommend working with "Mindy" – she has little education and no respect for anyone; she will sacrifice you to do everything for the company where she applied you for the job vacancy.

Very bad experience.
After working through IQ Select, I noticed that it becomes very difficult to get hired again in the Netherlands, even though I never had any sanctions or professional issues.
Most drivers do not stay longer than 1–2 years; there is clearly high turnover and jobs where you are practically forced to leave after a certain period.
I was accommodated with people showing problematic behavior (alcohol), I reported this, but no action was taken. Lack of transparency and communication.

I do not recommend cooperating with this employment agency.
During my cooperation, I was not paid for all hours worked, even though those hours were actually worked and recorded. For this reason, I decided to end the cooperation. The outstanding wages were paid only after approximately two months, which I consider highly unprofessional.
Additionally, I later learned that the agency shared false information about me with third parties, suggesting alleged conflicts with an employer and lateness at work. These statements are not true.
What is particularly concerning is that this agency was not my employer, yet it still allowed itself to assess my work attitude and reliability without any factual basis or authority to do so. Such behavior can seriously damage a worker’s professional reputation and negatively affect future employment opportunities.
Instead of resolving the matter in a professional and transparent way, the agency chose to spread unverified and misleading information, which is unacceptable in the recruitment industry where trust should be fundamental.
I advise anyone considering cooperation with this agency to carefully track their working hours, payments, and keep full documentation.
Serious security and privacy issue:
The agency provides rooms without locks, while housing multiple unrelated strangers in the same property. This is a serious violation of basic safety and privacy standards. Tenants are left completely unprotected, with no way to secure personal belongings, documents, or valuables.
Despite raising concerns, the agency offers no solution and takes no responsibility. This level of negligence is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend this agency.
