I worked with this company for a few weeks as a first time buyer. There was some miscommunication between myself and one of their agents right before they went on leave which caused some misunderstandings between me and the other agents. I heard great things about the initial agent I spoke to, but I ended up finding another realtor who could help me through the process. My experience wasn’t ideal, but the company acknowledged and was apologetic.
