Als je een vraag hebt over je rechten, moet je twee jaar wachten op een antwoord! Ze nemen je geld zonder met je te praten. Waarom? Het is een gebrek aan respect voor iemand die voor hen heeft gewerkt. Ze zien je alleen als een machine om geld te verdienen.
