Almost exactly 8 years ago we bought this house from Eric - and for us as expats a painless experience. With care and attention he helped us to find the house we needed and then took us through the process. When it was time to move on, we again approached Eric - with whom we have maintained contact - and asked him to sell our house. Again, it was handled in a painless and extremely efficient and professional manner. Eric is a pleasure to work with and I can recommend him very strongly.
