Sterke punten: De makelaar heeft heel goed advies gegeven hoe je je woning moet verkopen. Kwam ook met ideeën om dit te doen maar luisterde ook naar mijn mening en bezwaren. De verkoop is buitenverwachting goed gegaan. De makelaar stond aan mijn kant maar gaf de kopende partij niet het gevoel dat ze benadeeld werden..

Slaakstraat 3 2.

Sterke punten: Wij hadden drie makelaars uitgenodigd om ons te begeleiden bij verkoop. Na het gesprek met Marieke wisten we direct dat we met haar in zee wilden gaan. Ze was goed voorbereid, heel prettig in contact en enthousiast over het huis. Tussentijds schakelen met vragen of ideeën was altijd mogelijk. Ook was Marieke enorm flexibel en hebben wij zelfs ons huis eerder verkocht dan gepland. Marieke is een topper die haar vak goed verstaat en met een hele prettige persoonlijke aanpak ons huis verkopen tot een feestje heeft gemaakt!.

Sterke punten: I had no doubt when choosing a real estate agent to take care of the sale of my house. Marieke was absolutely great! She organized everything and based in on our needs all the times. She made sure the apartment looked perfect when taking pictures and the buyers told me had a great feeling when coming into the apartment and had an even better feeling about Marieke. I could not recommend anyone more than her when it comes to selling your house in Amsterdam as she has a lot of experience and she will overdeliver!.

Sterke punten: Marieke helped me buy my first house 5 years ago and my experience with her was so good she was the only one I would want to work with again. She did not disappoint this time around either. From the beginning she really understood what we wanted and adjusted the search to the right areas and type of houses. She also helped us in seeing the houses for what they were in terms of potential based on what we were looking for, but at the same time she was also clear about market value and made sure we did not go too far with price. She always establishes connections with other brokers/agents to make sure there is the most amount of communication and this was a big advantage when we found the house we wanted. In addition to this it is always a pleasure to be around her; she has a very positive energy !.
