If I could put zero stars I would. I rented an apartment in Rijswijk through this agency. The apartment was nice and I'm happy I was able to get one. The agency on the other side is very bad: it's very difficult to communicate with them since most of the times the person you need to talk to is "out of office" or something. We reported several times stuff that needed to be replaced around the house and in the timeframe of one year they never fixed anything. Other than this, me and my roommates are still waiting for the deposit of 2000€ to be given back two month after the termination of the contract. Very unprofessional behavior.
