Sterke punten: We were very happy with the service which we received from Lighthouse Property. We live overseas and when our tenants gave their notice, Lighthouse were very quick to respond and put the property back up for rent. It was very reassuring to know that it was in their hands. They understand how much we still value our property and are less concerned with finding new tenants as quickly as possible, and more concerned with finding the right tenants for us. The transition from old to new tenant was handled very smoothly. We will continue to use them in the future..

Sterke punten: Zeer matige ervaring gehad met dit bedrijf. Je betaalt 1 maand huur aan hun voor al het werk wat zij er aan hebben. Hier krijg je zeer weinig voor terug kan ik je vertellen. De eigenaresse spreekt gebrekkig Nederlands en per email is het helemaal abracadabra. Ik kreeg op een gegeven moment zelfs de gegevens van andere mensen die hun woning hadden aangeboden bij hun, erg slordig! Daarnaast wil je dat een verhuurbedrijf je goed informeert over de huurder en dat zij naar al jouw wensen luistert. Dat luisteren doen ze wel maar vervolgens komen zij de gemaakte afspraken niet na. Ik zou niemand dit verhuurbedrijf aanbevelen! Ga op zoek naar een betere optie. (de naam in de titel is om anoniem te blijven).

Sterke punten: Super happy with the apartment that Alison found for us. The whole process was quick and she even offered to do the viewings by Skype as we could not miss work. Would definitely recommend Lighthouse Property Services to any expat coming to Haarlem..
