Sterke punten: I had a painful and horrible experience with Roel.
Being a NVM affiliated broker he didn’t follow the guidelines.
I faced an horrible discrimination here. Being an expat we leave our home, family, friends and come to a new country with good belief and people like Met on Makelars put us in painful situation.
So what exactly happened, I have viewed a property posted by Met Ons and I have bid the highest amount just 30 seconds before the bidding deadline so that the bidding amount doesn’t get leaked and it’s just 30 seconds left and no one can bid after the deadline. But surprisingly this has happened and there was someone who has bid 500 Euros above me after the deadline via email. This is strictly against the NVM guidelines that no bid should be accepted after the bidding deadline. The broker has accepted the offer and called both the party for second round of bidding. This was again an horrible experience. Again a big story. To keep it simple the broker favoured the other buyer and influenced the owner who was ready to give the home to us. It took more than a month for me and my wife to come out of this shock and experience we faced. Mentally very disturbed. Please be careful when buying house from them..

Sterke punten: Olaf en Roel hebben mij van a tot z en met geduld geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn woning. Naast de zakelijke kant hebben ze ook oog gehad voor de mens-kant. Ik kan daarom niet anders zeggen dan dat ik heel blij ben met hen als makelaar en kan ze van harte aanbevelen!.

Sterke punten: Top makelaar! Ze doen net een beetje extra! Maken goede foto’s voor de verkoop. ze denken goed mee, zijn aardig, klantgericht, enthousiast, doen veel moeite. Wij zijn zeer tevreden.
