Sterke punten: Erg tevreden over de verloop van het huurproces. Omdat ik overdag werk, mailde ik vooral ‘s avonds, maar kreeg toch een snelle respons. Verder kon ik met al mijn vragen goed terecht. Heb binnen 2 weken eigenlijk een nieuwe huurwoning gevonden. Helemaal top!.

Sterke punten: Next move regelt altijd de verhuur van onze appartementen. Als er iets beschikbaar is hoef ik maar 1 telefoontje of appje te sturen en regelt Frank de rest. Selecteren van kandidaten, bezichtigingen, huurcontracten opstellen etc. Snel, goed en betrouwbaar, Al jaren een fijne samenwerking met Next Move & Frank!.

My first impression of Frank R....

Sterke punten: My first impression of Frank Reede was positive and that he was a professional but, when it counted, he showed he is firmly on the side of bad behaving landlords. Of course he is – the tenants move on but the landlords stay in town.

He rented out my apartment while I was still the legal tenant (though I've moved out) to other tenants, even while knowing that I was still the tenant and that the landlord had not agreed with me to bring my end date forward and compensate me for the period. I'm still the legal tenant of that apartment today, with rent paid until the end of this month, yet the tenants Frank found are living there.

As a professional, Frank could have been a moderating, positive influence in a market that has some landlord bad actors. Instead he chose to have the same ethics and practices as the worst predatory landlords..
