Een redding voor starters in een ontoegankelijke woningmarkt!.

Sterke punten: Het is als jonge starters vrijwel onmogelijk om een eerste koopwoning te vinden, dus besloten wij samen te zoeken naar een huurwoning. Na alleen maar afwijzingen via funda, verhuur makelaars, particuliere woningen en woning coöperaties hadden wij er een hard hoofd in nog een huurwoning te vinden. Tot ik op RELO wonen stuitte en ons inschreef als woningzoekende. Nog dezelfde dag kregen wij 2 woningen opgestuurd, binnen 1 week werden wij toegewezen aan onze eerste prachtige huurwoning. De communicatie was super en alles was duidelijk. Wij raden RELO wonen iedereen aan!.

Sterke punten: Even though they are the landlord's agency, they stole the agency money from my deposit without prior notice and are still ignoring my emails with no response. He also insulted me by mentioning my level of education..

Sterke punten: I’ve rented a home in Amsterdam (as tenant) for three years with Relo Wonen Zaandam, more specifically with Sander. It’s been a pleasure, he was always ready to help me with whatever problem I might have, always kept a close eye on the property and really made sure that everything was going right. Really a big difference from my previous rental agency. I’ve ended up buying the property for myself and he was also really helpful in getting me in touch with the owner and helping where he could. He takes his job seriously, and if I’m ever to rent the unit, I know who to call..
