Dear Mr Zwolle, We can’t thank you enough for acting as our makelaar after we decided to sell our flat in Paris and buy a house in the heart of Middelburg. Your skillful bargaining got the price down by a bigger margin than anything we could have achieved on our own; you explained, with great patience, all the significant details in the heap of documents (in Dutch) which we would never have understood half so well; and every one of your recommendations - a notary to do the legal work, an expert to survey the house, a removal firm to move our belongings, enterprises to supply gas and electricity and water - was spot-on. Moving house - especially if you are moving from one country to another - always poses a plethora of problems. You helped us solve them all, with an absolute minimum of stress. I wonder whether any other makelaar in Zeeland - if not in Holland - would have replied so quickly or effectively to our emails. Een helder en gedegen advies bij aankoop van woning. Ook als je zelf misschien denkt dat een huis iets is worden helder argumenten en feiten gegeven en verzameld, om tot een keuze te komen.

Oprecht eerlijk en betrouwbaar...dat zijn de woorden die in mij opkomen. Het verkopen van een huis is niet voor iedereen makkelijk. Daar is oog voor. Eerlijk in de prijs en adviseert verkoopstyling met goede foto's; gewoonweg TOP
