Justin Winkelman trad op als verkopende makelaar. Rustig, vakbekwaam en had alle benodigde informatie over het appartement paraat. Makkelijk bereikbaar en snel reactie op onze vragen via de mail. We kregen nog goede tips over verbouwmogelijkheden en erfpacht. Kortom een makelaar die wij van harte kunnen aanbevelen!

Recently I sold my apartment through Smit&Heinen. My broker was Justin Winkelman. I am very happy with Justin and definitely recommend to use his services. Justin is very professional, diplomatic and good communicator. I could easily reach him with any question and will get an answer. Very important I found him honest and full of integrity towards me and also potential buyers&actual buyer of the apartment. My sale case was not an easiest one, but Justin managed to close the deal is desirable time frames. Overall, I had very positive experience with Smit&Heinen and Justin in particular.

I worked with Inge and Josien from Smit & Hienen on the sale of my first property. Not only was it intimidating selling in a foreign market (I am a non-Dutch speaker) but it was also during the initial lock-down due to Covid-19. The team from Smit & Hienen calmly and professionally dealt with everything. They were always relaxed and positive, even when I wasn't.
