Awful agency that does not communicate with its tenants and takes advantage of the rental crisis in the country. My shower was flooding out my bathroom due to poor plumbing in the unit and it took over a month to get a response from the agency after multiple emails and calls. Constant false promises and reconstruction being done without making any tenants in the building aware. As an owner of two investment properties I’m appalled and would not recommend this agency to rent out your home. Also a rent increase after demolishing the balcony and storage room which decreased my square footage, €2325.05 for 53sqm. Never had an issue with any other agency as much as I have had here.

I rented an apartment for about two years with Tel Vastgoed management handling all the property management services. My experience was excellent—throughout my stay, I never encountered any major issues. Whenever I had a question or request, the team was always quick to respond and very helpful.
