We can absolutely recommend Thomas! He helped us find a house in a super challenging market (Utrecht in the period Dec 2019 - Feb 2020). At the start of our house search, we met a couple of agents. Already from our initial meeting, Thomas came across as very direct and realistic, which was super useful for adjusting unrealistic expectations about what we could get within the budget we had set initially while other agents spoke way too optimistically about our chances. This helped us take a good look at our priorities and rethink our budget. Thomas also has good ground knowledge about a wide range of technical aspects so house visits were always quite productive. He inspects the house carefully and informs you about any potentially hidden costs around the house such as things that are about to be replaced or things that will be expensive to maintain, what you could benefit from replacing in the future, etc. He’s of huge help in the bidding process too, his advice is always quite transpa

Thomas is down-to-earth, super deskundig, communiceert prettig en is een leuk mens. Zijn bouwkundige kennis is echt een aanvulling bij bezichtigingen en in onderhandelen geeft hij goed advies.
