Thomas has been really good and helpful. Readily available, I have dropped in to him at the last moment, still he accommodated me very well. He was very smart in negotiations and discussions with selling makelaars, He has good relations with other makelaars in the area. He also advised that we should not go for the house, as the bid is super high. All in all, the process went very well, we got the house in 3-4 viewings and our first offer.
He is smart and quick with good knowledge and connections in the area.
