Myself and my partner are both expats in the Netherlands (Ireland and Portugal) so looking for a first time property was very nerve wracking for the both of us, we didnāt really know where to start but after our first meeting with Rick he made us think that we stood a chance in finding a place. His experience really shows as he knows the ins and outs of the business but what really stood out to us was his good nature, patience, kindness and just being a good laugh and nice person to be around, even Santa couldnāt give us a better makelaar than him if wished for it š¤£ his colleagues always responded to our questions and worries immediately no matter how stupid they might have been so a big thank you goes out to them too š Overall, you canāt go wrong with this lovely group of people and weāll be recommending them to our friends in the future for finding their own home. Thomas heeft ons uitstekend geholpen bij de koop van onze eerste woning als starters. De communicatie was duidelijk en het aanvragen van bezichtigingen liep soepel. Thomas heeft een scherpe blik op markt Ć©n de bouwkundige aspecten van een woning, waardoor je echt een beeld hebt van het totaalpakket op het moment dat je gaat bieden. Binnen twee maanden zaten we in ons nieuwe huis. Wij raden Thomas de Aankoopmakelaar in combinatie met Advies van Jord aan iedereen aan!
