Tijdens een bezichtig van een huis kwam ik in aanraking met Dina Verkoopt. Ik werd erg prettig en gastvrij ontvangen. Omdat ik mijn zoektocht naar een huis wilde voorzetten met een makelaar kwam ik via Dina in contact met Thomas. Het kennismakingsgesprek was al erg fijn. Ik werd door het team vriendelijk ontvangen en het gesprek was persoonlijk en informatief. Het hele proces van het zoeken naar een huis en het kopen ervan werd een stuk leuker door de betrokkenheid en enthousiasme van iedereen. Thomas is deskundig, betrokken en professioneel. Hij kan snel schakelen en zal er ook alles aan doen om het kopen te laten slagen. Hij denkt kritisch mee over wat iets waard is, weet veel over de bouw van huizen en oppert ideeën voor inrichten of verbouwen. Al met al dus een fijn aankoopproces!

Due to the current competitive market and our requirements, it took some months and 20+ viewings to find the best house which suits our needs. Throughout this period, Jordi and his team were very much supportive and never gave up. They have a wonderful team with a wide level of knowledge in and around Utrecht. They quickly responded to our queries on the private whatsapp group and supported us throughout the process. I highly recommend their service. I personally like to thank Jordi. His expertise in the housing market has helped to find the right house. He points out both the positives and negatives of the houses. He is such a wonderful person.

De begeleiding vanuit Thomas en diens kantoor was top! Wij vonden het zoeken, bezichtigen, bieden, en uiteindelijk kopen van een huis onwijs spannend en behoorlijk overweldigend. Het is in dat gehele proces dan ook erg prettig om iemand naast je te hebben die 'ontzorgt' d.m.v. gedegen advies voor, tijdens en na de bezichtiging (bijvoorbeeld over verbouwingsmogelijkheden, over biedingsstrategie, over woonwensen etc.) Als wij het hele proces opnieuw zouden moeten doen, dan zouden wij zonder twijfel weer kiezen voor Thomas en zijn collega's.

Being an expat in the Netherlands, I was wondering whether I could buy a house within a year of moving to this country. The task itself looked very daunting especially when you have no idea about the market. I just started with one firm decision i.e., to Buy a house (as I found renting was bit expensive). I came to know about the House buying agency firm Thomas de aankoopmakelaar through online search and honestly I went ahead with them because of adequate positive reviews. My interactions with the agency went really well and most of my doubts were cleared in the couple of interactions. Our buying agent Jordi helped to close the deal with the house that we chose. He helped with the negotiation and was very clear on how much to quote for the house. This comes from the vast experience that he has and also his insights on the housing market in Rotterdam is really deep. The one thing I really liked about the agent is that he communicates very clearly and puts across all the possible points that needs to be considered before making any decision which I felt was very helpful in our case. Not to forget the back end team was also very thoughtful by sharing all the timely updates and the supporting with the documentation part. I also opted for the financial advisory with them so basically they literally walk along with you in your journey to buy your dream home. The housing market is very competitive, but, with the help from Thomas and his team I was able to secure an apartment in my second bidding participation (earlier than expected). They have a great support throughout the whole process. Highly recommended.
