We found the process very stress-free and at every step we were guided with proper and detailed communication. Their advice is very pragmatic and not a single time we felt or left alone, neither have we felt that we will overpay for the property. ''Thomas de annkoopmakelaar'' will join you to view the properties and they will look at every corner of the house together with you. With ''Thomas de annkoopmakelaar'' we have bought the property that me and my partner loved at first sight!

We had a very good collaboration, he helped identifying issues with the houses we saw and saved me from some bad buys. Some houses had "hidden" issues and the price was too high for the value and we managed to avoid such "mistakes".

"Ik heb de huizen zoektocht met Thomas de Aankoopmakelaar als prettig ervaren. Thomas is erg prettig in de omgang en heeft veel verstand van zaken. Het team van de binnendienst schakelt snel. Na 4 maanden een huis kunnen vinden in Utrecht is veel sneller dan we hadden verwacht. Kortom een aanrader deze makelaar!"
