They were thorough in their approach, we had a proper intake where we felt listened to and understood. Knowing what we were looking for, they set the right expectations upfront and also proposed additional areas we hadn't considered. The communication with them was easy and always fast, plus all records of it where kept in their platform so it was always easy to go back to it. The came well prepared to all the viewings and shared all the relevant documents and analysis with us before going to see a property. During the viewings Dimitri conducted his own detailed inspection of the place and highlighted anything that stood out, both positive and negative. It was clear he is also very well respected by his colleagues from other agencies. If anything went amiss, like a house being sold before we got a chance to place a bid, Dimitri was clear and forthcoming in his communication with us and you could feel that he cared about the matter. When we finally found the place we really wanted to go after, his availability and speed of communication, both with us and the selling agent, were crucial for us to place a bid we were comfortable with and win the process. Ook de ontzorging bij het rondleiden van de tientallen geïnteresseerde kijkers verliep vlekkeloos, daarbij heeft Van Kleef alle afspraken gemanaged zodat wij op een minimum aantal dagen afwezig hoefden te zijn in het appartement. Dankzij de snelle dienstverlening is ons appartement goed in de markt gepositioneerd en heel snel tegen een optimaal resultaat verkocht.
