This review comes a bit too late, but Dimitri (and Ilona in the last stretch) helped us buy our perfect house 2 years ago and they were great! they were very patient, always available to us and adviced with full honesty about the houses we visited. They held all the communication in english with us, and helped us with the buying process all the way to the signature.

I was extremely pleased with the service and expertise for the recent sale of my apartment. From the initial meeting, everything was made clear and great advice was given in relation to all aspect of the sale such as pricing, when to put it on the market. Dimitry and Amber was amazingly efficient and proactive in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes for me. I would recommend them without hesitation, especially to foreigners who don't speak Dutch at all. The entire team speak very good English, when you hire these agents, you are hiring a team dedicated to getting you through the selling process with ease and care.

De makelaar heeft alles goed ingeschat: de gangbaarheid, de prijs. Ik zou eenieder deze makelaar aanraden. Werd constant op de hoogte gehouden en zij reageerden altijd heel snel en direct. Als er iets verandert moest worden deden ze dat direct. Goed verhaal en na bezichtigingen direct feedback. Het huis is snel verkocht. Heel veel ging online en is dan in eigen portaal direct vindbaar wat ook heel prettig is.
