Nu al 2 keer mijn aankoopmakelaar en 1 keer mijn verkoopmakelaar geweest, dat zegt genoeg denk ik! Altijd goed advies, betrouwbaar, zou het iedereen aanraden.

very friendly and helpful through the process. always happy to answer my questions. I would recommend to expat, who doesn't know the local language and market. It's handled professionally from the beginning, no hidden price and always clear and supportive with the communications with different parties. I am super happy with the guidance when I need to contact the VVE and notary office. And they were taking care all the documents/paperwork in Dutch.

My son is studying at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and thanks to Makelardij van Kleef he now lives in an apartment with his Uni friends at a great location for a good price. Thanks Dimitri van Kleef and Makelardij van Kleef for all your efforts and great guidance in helping us find the right place for the right price. What do I think van Kleef’s absolute best attributes are: their immediate answer even way after office hours, dedication in helping find the right location at the right price, and most especially their assistance and support during the whole process: from beginning until end.
