Zowel als koper als verkoper heb ik de begeleiding door Van Kleef Makelaars als erg prettig en deskundig ervaren. Als ik opnieuw een makelaar nodig zou hebben, zou ik zo weer voor hen kiezen.

Ik vond het ook super fijn om jullie te begeleiden tijdens het hele proces. We kunnen terugkijken op een geslaagde verkoop. Erg fijn dan jullie via ons kantoor ook jullie nieuwe woning hebben gekocht. Heel veel woonplezier toegewenst.

Dimitri was great to work with! We can really recommend him and his whole team. We knew what we wanted to buy and he helped us along, giving good advice and making sure we don't get carried away with emotions when making decisions. In the end, we found a great place and got it for a fair price (considering the overheated market).

The real estate agent is very helpful, especially with a first-time buyer and an expat like me. The agent explained/translated everything on the purchase contract/ all documents from Dutch to English and answered all the questions I had. They provided all information needed about the property I am interested in and honestly advised whether I should purchase it. The purchase was via online bidding - a process that caused frustration for me. But in the end, thanks to the agent, I didn't have to waste so much time on the bidding and still got the apartment.
