Sterke punten: Das war ein Glücksfall! Selten so nette, professionelle und hilfsbereite Menschen getroffen. Mein neues Zuhause ist ein Traum! Genau das, was ich wollte. Durch die Kooperationen, die das Malelaarshuis hat, konnte ich bereits in Deutschland Gas, Strom, Wasser und Internet organisieren. Die Markler waren super zuverlässig und immer erreichbar (kamen sogar nochmal vorbei, um mir die Fenster zu erklären und halfen mir mit dem Internet ;)) .
Vielen Dank nochmal für alles/ Grazie mille di nuovo per tutto/ Thank you so much for everything / Dank je well voor alle.

Sterke punten: I feel lucky to have Ruud Smit as my agent, he is very professional and experienced on renting houses. I got several offers quickly after he listed my apartment online.

Moreover, he helped me out on deciding which rental agreement type fits me best, and negotiate with the tenant who breaks the contract right after signing it(Yes, it happened, I was shocked).

All in all, very good service and nice professional team!.
