I had a great experience navigating the very challenging housing market in Amsterdam with Floris from YourHome. I really could not have done it without them! Very responsive and transparent about the entire process. I found a beautiful apartment that was just what I wanted in the de Pijp neighbourhood!

Me and my partner bought an apartment from a seller working with this agency. The seller was a real scammer. I did not want to blame th agency directly at that time, but today I’ve learnt this seller was trying to cheat another buyer with the similar tricks they did to us and the very same agent working for this agency played in the same way to that buyer.

I did not write a review after we bought the apartment because I did not want to disrupt the reputation of the agency due to one scammer we encountered. But, after the same incident I’ve heard, I feel it is my duty to warn people who wants to buy their home. Please, be extra careful while working with this agency since it seems they do collaborate with those scammers.

Dear Burak and Ozlem, after you wrote this review I right away where in personal contact with you to make an appointment to come by your house so that I can listen to your story. We had a meeting of 2 hours. Unfortunately you had a bad experience with buying a house because you where unable to get your mortgage arranged on time before the transferdate. Although you had more then 5 weeks to arrange this. Unfortunately you think this is something that the seller did and you don’t blame your mortgage advisor that did not arrange your mortgage for you or communicate on time with all parties to ask for more time. Off course we regret that you have a very unpleasant experience with buying a house. We hope you are going to enjoy living in the house in the future. Kind regards Lody Yourhome Makelaars

Wij hadden een perfecte ervaring met de verkoop van ons appartement. Makelaar Diederick toonde zich deskundig, betrouwbaar en realistisch. Hij opereert slagvaardig, stemt goed af en schakelt snel. De levering werd door makelaar Floris soepel en efficiënt begeleid. Ook met de medewerkers van de binnendienst, in ons geval was dat vooral Lisa Campagne, hadden wij uitstekende ervaringen: snel, accuraat, constructief en uitermate prettig in het contact. Kortom: een geweldige ervaring die als resultaat had dat voor ons het gehele proces zorgeloos is verlopen.
