I was separately referred to Lody and the team at Your Home Makelaardij by two different people. Since completing the purchase of my apartment I have personally introduced seven other people to them. These numbers speak to the level of quality and care you can expect from this amazing team.
At every step the level of service was outstanding. From the very first intake meeting where I described my budget and needs, to the ever improving daily list of new properties, the in person viewings, negotiations and eventual signing. The team were always on hand to take a call or respond to messages.
The team were motivated by finding me a home that was right for me. Not by their own financial gain. They gave me advice that was in my best interest, the would not let me compromise on what I wanted and they would not let me bid more than the value of the property. They ensured it was the best deal for me.
They demonstrated through their actions that this was a group of people you could trust to have your best interests at heart and it’s for this reason that I refer so many people to Your Home Makelaardij.

Lody en zijn team hebben ons goed geholpen, 2 jaar terug bij de aanschaf, en afgelopen maanden met de verkoop van een woning. Ook met kleine vragen altijd snelle respons en altijd goed bereikbaar. Yourhome en lody heeft ons ook geholpen op persoonlijk vlak met onze gezinsuitbreiding, die een beetje plotseling was, maar zonder stress hebben we een nieuwe woning voor ons 3en kunnen vinden en onze oude woning kunnen verkopen. Vele malen dank en tot de volgende keer!

Your Home and in particular, Lody, made finding and buying our home in Amsterdam's nightmare market a breeze. Their deep knowledge of the area, exceptional eye for small details, and personal touch brought perspective and peace of mind to our search.
We put all of our trust in these guys, and they delivered in spades. From talking us out of places when it wasn't a good deal to advising and negotiating on our behalf when we found our dream home, we couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The end result was a beautiful home, so far below asking price that they more than covered the cost of their services. If we have ever buy another home, there's not a doubt in my mind that Your Home would be our go to Makeelardij.
