- Yourhome is erg goed in marketing van de woning: snappen precies wanneer de woning online moet, staan paraat om telefoontjes aan te nemen en weet publiek goed te adresseren;
- Ze namen de tijd voor alle kopers. Kopers waren erg tevreden over de tijd en aandacht van de makelaar en dat deze hen alle ruimte gaf om op hun eigen tempo te bezichtigen. Heeft meer dan 50 bezichtigingen gedaan en alle potentiele kijkers geaccepteerd;
- Hielpen met stylen van de woning, wat een enorme boost gaf voor de foto's en aantrekkelijk maken van de woning..

When Michael couldn't be there in person I visited flats with Lody an Diederick and it quickly became clear that the whole team worked well together to find me my home. During the process, they checked in frequently to make sure we're all still on the same page.

When it came to viewings, Yourhome not only looked at the actual home, but also the building and the neighborhood in which the home was located. The team didn't hesitatee to inform me about any downsides to certain viewings which I really appreciated and allowed me to make a really targeted offer. During the entire search, it was clear that Yourhome wanted to help me with a home that suited me, and not necessarily the first one that became available.

I left the bidding process completely in Michael's hands, with the result that I only made an offer for one property, which was quickly accepted..
