They recommended viewings, booked them, came with us, gave us great evaluations and once it was time to bid, helped us place bids with the right offers. They didn't stop there, they ensured everything else until we got the keys (and even after) went well for us, helping us understanding the overall process, paperwork and asking any type of question. Sterke punten: Got the keys from our new house today and happy to share my experience with YourHome. If you tried to buy a house in Amsterdam and surroundings you'd by now know how stressful it is. Lody and his team made it super smooth for us. Very high quality service, worth its price. They managed the entire process of viewing, bidding and buying for us, we visited all the houses together, and the whole team are very experienced professionals who know their field. Highly recommend..

Ik was bang voor een stereotyp....

Sterke punten: Ik was bang voor een stereotype makelaar, die het wel eventjes allemaal zou klaren. Iemand die jou niet het proces helemaal wilt uitleggen, maar het gewoon voor je doet. Niks was minder waar met Lody, vanaf moment één was er een goede klik en communiceerde we op hetzelfde niveau. Altijd makkelijk bereikbaar via Whats app en nooit verlegen om mee te denken of om alles uit te leggen. Ook wanneer er een kleine onverwachte vertraging voordeed heeft Lody dit gelijk gecommuniceerd en de research gedaan die nodig was. Niet alleen Lody was zeer fijn om mee te werken, ook zijn team op kantoor is altijd fijn en snel in communicatie geweest. Bedankt team Your Home Makelaars voor de goede zorgen tijdens mijn eerste verkoop!.

Sterke punten: Your Home makelaars is a real estate company manage by a young team and that should not be mistaken for a lack of experience, absolutely not because they are thorough, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and energised to sell your property in the most organised, fair and no nonsense way. I found Your Home via google search and was interested in their good reviews but reserved judgment until I met with them, my agent was Michael. On meeting Michael for the first time and discussing my property and the market I was not only reassured but optimistic in selling my home. I was kept informed every step, I was guided with sensible advice and judgment in choosing who to sell to and Your Home as a collective team really operate as a team by stepping in to fill in any schedule that perhaps might otherwise be delayed when Michael had to attend to another appointment, they work closely together to ensure your home is sold in time and in order. They provide a full 360 service, (including photography and interior styling) and every member was a delight to communicate with. I felt respected and valued as a client, Your Home made what is a normally viewed a stressful life choice to sell a home, an experience that was very smooth. Being a non native, who doesn't speak Dutch, it was extremely important to me that I felt I could ask as many questions as necessary and Your Home were very patient and understanding. I would gladly recommend Your Home to anyone looking to sell their property, you will be in safe hands. I only wish more companies had the same work ethic and service ethos as Your Home..
