The worst experience I’ve ever had with the agency. Dennis is rude and unprofessional. He broke all the agreements we had regarding timelines and deadlines. When I pointed this out, he started to talk and yell in a disrespectful manner and threatened to ensure my bid was not accepted, despite it being the seller’s decision not a Makelaar’s.This shows a complete lack of ethical and professional standards. Moreover, I have a suspicion that they disclose the bids to the parties which they work with therefore it is impossible to have a fair bidding process with them.

Edit: They have responded my bid after posting the review and after the agreed deadline.

Dear Tsotne, sorry to hear that despite multiple explanations, the process has not been clear to you. As stated over the phone, there was a clear deadline. All offers, including yours, were registered and presented to the seller, who made a decision accordingly. We understand that it can be difficult to maintain patience when you are waiting for a response and it is never nice to hear that seller does not choose your offer, however, trying to pressure us in a very unpleasant way and yelling over the phone is not acceptable. We work according to the regulations and guidelines of our trade association and with that you can request the bid log from us when the property is definitely sold. We wish you good luck in your continued search for a suitable home and hope that in the near future you will succeed.

Ontzettend blij met de hulp van Dennis en Nuith bij de aankoop van mijn eerste woning! Het contact verliep erg fijn, serieus en adequaat wanneer dat moet maar gelukkig maakten ze er ondanks alle spanning ook echt een feestje van. Een professioneel team met super service. Nogmaals bedankt voor alles! Twijfel je om ze te bellen? Gewoon doen!
