We had Astrid as our purchasing agent. With her help, we successfully bought a nice house in Leidschendam without over pay. Given the market condition is so hot, we are very happy that we could buy the property at a below-asking price. If we didn't have her, we would easily over pay by 10K. So we are very grateful that we have such an experienced professional standing by our side. Along the way, we found her very nice, reliable, very efficient, to the point and no non-sense. We are usually quite demanding, but with Astrid, we are 100% satisfied. Definitely would want to have her by our side if we consider buying another house.

Makelaar Astrid Soeters heeft mij prima door het verkoopproces geleid en voor een mooie prijs de woning verkocht. Deskundig, benaderbaar en geduldig. Een pluim ook voor het kantoorpersoneel, die goed bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk waren. Topmakelaar!
