Ik nam mijn Volvo mee voor een algemene controle en repareerde de airconditioning (AC). We hadden de auto in goede staat nodig, omdat we tegen hen hadden gezegd dat we hem terug zouden brengen naar Spanje, dus dit was een lange reis.

goed punt:
- ze kwamen thuis om de auto opnieuw te starten sinds een dag nadat ze in Auto Clinic per ongeluk zonder batterij waren geweest.

Slechte punten:
- ze vergaten de skidplate terug te plaatsen toen de algemene controle was uitgevoerd.
- Ze brachten 99 € in rekening voor het vullen van de airco. En ze hebben er nauwelijks airco geplaatst. Op onze terugreis was er nauwelijks airconditioning, toen dachten we dat er iets kapot was in de geleiding, het is niet hun schuld.
In Spanje zijn we ermee naar een specialist geweest en die zei dat alles in orde was eigenlijk, hij snapt niet waarom er nauwelijks geen airco uit komt. Het enige wat we nog een keer hebben geprobeerd was de airco bijvullen en werkt sindsdien volkomen normaal en perfect. Dus eigenlijk heeft Auto Clinic mij 100 € in rekening gebracht en ik betwijfel of ze het daadwerkelijk vullen.

I took my Volvo for an overall check and fix the air conditioning (AC). We needed the car in good state as we said to them we will bring it back to Spain, thus this was a long trip.

good point:
- they came home to re-start the car since one day after being in Auto Clinic accidentally run out of battery.

Bad points:
- they forgot to put back the skid plate when the overall check was done.
- They charged 99€ for filling the airco. And they barely put any airco there. In our trip back there was barely any air conditioning, then we thought okay must be something broken in the conducts, it’s not their fault.
In Spain we took it to a specialist and he said that everything was okay actually, he doesn’t understand why there is barely non air conditioning coming out. The only thing we tried one more time was filling the air conditioning and since then works completely normal and perfect. So basically Auto Clinic charged me 100€ and I am doubting that they actually fill it.
