Eric helped us on every step of the purchase - he organized multiple viewing due to the some of the parts had to evaluated for the reparation. He managed to find us a proven builder that provided us with the costs evaluation. He helped a lot with the final price negotiations, so that we got some price off to the asking price. Thanks a lot!
