From the first point of contact we had very good service. Our Dutch is limited and Coen took the lead when talking to other agents and helped us ask the right questions. When viewing properties Coen took note of things we didn't think of. When placing bids Coen gave his suggestions on what to bid based on information he sourced before the time. Even though we lost a few bids (based on our budget) we eventually found our dream home and Coen was very supportive when we were not sure if our bid would be accepted, he stayed positive and always gave us feedback. On our final bid Coen gave us the confidence to try even though we thought we wouldn't win the bid. We had a great experience with Coen, we focussed on De Meern/Vleuterweide and Vleuten. We had excellent support from the Hypoteker.
