The service is 4k which is kind of average in Utrecht market now. I didn't find anyone much cheaper than this one. I also combine the service of house hunting and financial advisory, which creates synergy during the bidding process - highly recommended. The reachability of the broker is important. Because my original broker was on holiday so I was referred me to Thijs and Kevin. Both of them were good and I was able to reach them via whatsapp. The original one was not willing to share her phone number which made the communication part more difficult.
