I recently worked with Broch Makelaars for both the sale and purchase of my home, and overall, I had a positive experience. They were helpful with providing clear advice and guiding me through the documentation process. Communication was easy and down-to-earth, always direct and efficient, which made the process smooth. The house I was selling never actually made it to market. It sold before it was officially listed, which saved the agency a lot of time and effort. When I asked if there would be any adjustment to reflect this, I was told this would be considered. I paid the full price, which was a tad disappointing. All in all, though, the experience was positive, and I would still recommend them for their professionalism and support throughout the process.
