Een vreselijke ervaring. Eerst kreeg ik een nieuwe medewerker toegewezen zonder goede begeleiding, terwijl ik veel meer verstand had van de markt en de mogelijkheden om een aantrekkelijk bod te doen dan hij. Nadat ik om iemand met meer ervaring had gevraagd, kreeg ik een twintiger, Mitchell Jansen, die mijn telefoontjes niet beantwoordde en alleen via WhatsApp wilde communiceren. Deze jongen vertrok ook nog eens naar het buitenland voor vakantie, zonder me daarover te informeren, midden in mijn zoektocht naar een huis.
Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de directeur, Jeffrey Stoffels, te spreken. Hij negeerde mijn verzoek om persoonlijke brieven toe te voegen en hielp me alleen buiten kantooruren, zonder me overdag voldoende tijd te geven.
Het was echt een vreselijke ervaring met hen. Ik zal ze absoluut niet aanbevelen.

We therefore do not fully recognize ourselves in your comments regarding accessibility and availability. Personally, I was still placing bids on properties during the day while sitting in the hospital with my wife.
In addition, you regularly sent properties only a few hours before the bidding deadline, requesting immediate research and the submission of an offer right away. At times, we received five properties simultaneously, together with dozens of documents via WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, it is also not mentioned that we successfully purchased a property for you previously.
Let’s simply conclude that we were not the right match. We sincerely wish you all the best moving forward.
