No Proper guidance. They always try to push you for less asking price so that it's easy for them to sell your house. They couldn't get enough visits for the apartment. And they even had last minute cancellation. Which led to low price for the house and we had to sell the housevbecause the war started and we thought we won't get better price anymore.
