As an expat with limited Dutch language knowledge, I am glad that I decided to work with Esther. She provides outstanding service, is very knowledgeable about Hoorn and surroundings, and overall is a very nice person! She can also provide recommendations for moving services, renovations, utility transfer services etc etc. If you are looking for an agent in the Hoorn area, that's it, don't look any further.
