But in all seriousness, the whole process was smooth. I was receiving messages about every little detail and update. Nice to be informed throughout the whole process.
She was helping me from the very beginning, visiting the house several times to make sure everything is ready. We chose the buyer, signed the papers together and then I got the news that the mortgage is approved and the deal is final.

Confidence is important to me. At any moment I was able to ask a question and clear some uncertainties. While other makelaars might work for an agency and require you to always talk to a secretaris first, with Esther I had a direct contact.
